Eligibility for refunds

Refunds are considered for orders that show signs of incorrect or missing items, items that are cold upon arrival when delivery is expected fresh, or items that do not meet the quality standard described on our menu. To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide: order number, the items in question, and photos when applicable. We reserve the right to investigate each claim and determine eligibility based on the circumstances.

How to request a refund

Resolution options

Refunds for subscriptions or memberships

For any ongoing subscription or membership, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a service is discontinued or a billing error occurs, we will honor a prorated refund to the original payment method for the unused portion of the term, in accordance with applicable policies.
